Massage Gun recommendations

I have changed jobs recently, which I'll post about in more detail once I've bedded in a bit and got some more experience. But it means I'm doing a lot more sitting, and I don't have a choice of changing chairs. It's definitely already having an effect on my thighs! I am enjoying the job, however.
It certainly highlights my need to get to a gym, which once I've started to make some money I will do. But I'm contemplating whether a massage gun might help in the interim, there's quite a selection now, of course most are rebranded Temu/AliExpress copycatware so I wondered if anyone has any experience in using one or even a partner that has?
There's all sorts of options now including heat elements. I'm happy to be a guinea pig if noone else has experience.
