Yeah it had a not so great area transitioning system which hindered the pace a bit. Not to mention iffy bugs when getting stuck inside an object etc. The combat controls took a lot to get used to even in those days.
It was certainly long story, and sadly one of the reasons I only played it once. Saved just before the point where I could choose each ending to experience them all. But I can't remember a damn one of them lol, can't believe it's over 20 years already. I have pulled it out a few times over the years but only get to 2nd stage before other things distract me. I'm hideous at remembering storylines so unless I can absorb myself I will get no where.
